Clients often come to us in a pinch. Either the work is half done or they like the idea, but the execution isn’t really where they want it. In this case, Sears came to Foothold with an outdated site and a need to bring it into 2009.
The Sears prom-dress-buying web experience was built over a year ago, and it needed a design update and a team who could dig through old code to upgrade its functionality. If you know code, you know that working with someone else’s from last year can be pretty nasty (especially if they’re not around to explain things)… if you don’t, take it from us, it’s not fun. Meeting the challenge, though, brings with it a sweet sense of satisfaction.
